The email appeared to be from webmaster@fca.org.uk, and the FCA advised recipients to delete the email without opening it.

A second email titled “FCA Regulation 2017” and which appeared to be from press.office@fca.org.uk was also not sent by the regulator, and it again advised those who receive it to delete it without opening it.
