Technology company iVendi has hired Frances Lawrence and Kirsten Cutler to the newly created roles of chief financial officer and chief compliance officer, respectively.
Lawrence is a chartered accountant, having trained at big four firm EY. Her time will be split between her role at iVendi and with a number of other companies where she also acts as chief financial officer.
Kirsten Cutler, who will be a full time member of staff, began her career as a mortgage underwriter at RBS, before moving into the compliance side of the instalment loans market.
James Tew, chief executive officer at iVendi, said: "In recent months, we have signed a number of deals with car portals, major dealer groups and finance providers for our online finance tools that will see us grow very quickly indeed during 2015.
"These new appointments are being made to provide the additional infrastructure we need as this expansion starts to get underway, and we are very pleased to welcome Frances and Kirsten on board."
