Legal firm Osborne Clarke has recruited Nikki Worden from Addleshaw Goddard.

Worden first joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2013 as a partner in the financial regulation team, and has previously focused on conduct risk and consumer credit, mostly providing regulatory advice to businesses that wanted to lend to consumers.
Before joining Addleshaw Goddard, she worked at practise Allen & Overy, and also spent 11 years in-house at MBNA.

Kate Johnson, partner and head of Osborne Clarke's Financial Institutions Group said: "In Nikki we have a seasoned practitioner in financial services regulation, whose focus very much complements the expertise we already have within our Financial Institutions Group. Her extensive experience in consumer finance, her understanding of our key sectors and her approach to client service all make Nikki an excellent addition to our ranks.

"We believe Nikki is great fit for Osborne Clarke and are all extremely confident she will make a significant contribution to the firm, both in terms of business and culture. We're looking forward to her arrival later this year."

Worden is expected to actually join the firm later in the summer.

In the past, she has contributed to both Leasing Life and Motor Finance.
