Toyota Financial Services UK (Toyota FS) has chosen to implement White Clark Group’s CALMS digital processing tool.
Toyota FS has made rapid improvements to its digital offerings in 2016. In July the lender soft launched an online finance tool, and the agreement with White Clark Group will bring additional e-signature and e-identity capabilities as well.

CALMS allows for all documentation to be stored in a central system, to allow for more easy search and retrieval of electronic documents. It also includes a centralized transaction repository, reporting capabilities, and keeps full audit trails.
Fran Kenny, operations director at Toyota FS, said: “Digital processing is becoming increasingly important in our industry and our partnership with White Clarke Group helps us to achieve our goal of becoming fully digital, automating the complete documentation process.”
