Job: Junior / Trainee Business Development Manager – Motor Finance
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 plus bonus, company car, and benefits
Location: M4 Corridor

Our client is a long-established motor finance provider, with a well regarded name in the industry, and excellent backing from a blue chip banking organisation.

They are currently expanding the business, and as such are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to cover M4 Corridor

You will be responsible for sourcing new business by soliciting target motor dealers, in addition to managing your existing relationships to ensure ongoing volumes of business are achieved.  This role is to work closely with the Regional Manager, and you will inherit some of his existing dealer accounts, so the ability to grow relationships is key.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have had some exposure to either the motor finance sector, or the broader financial services space, with an understanding of finance products, and the ability to build and develop relationships.  This may be from an F&I Business Manager/Sales Manager role, or from other areas of the motor or finance/banking arena.
