We are working with an established nice financial services organisation to source a Payroll and Benefits Manager. They are UK hubbed but with an international team across Northern Europe and Asia.

You will report to the Director of People and will be responsible for the management of all group payroll operations across an International remit.

The payroll itself is outsourced, so making sure that you have a really strong working relationship with the payroll provider will be key, regularly checking in throughout the cycle to ensure everything is running smoothly and performing checks on data flowing back from the provider into the payroll system.

You will be a key part of a small HR team and is accountable for ensuring effective management of payroll across the company, managing company benefits and renewals and budget setting. There are projects coming up that you will be involved with, including widening to a single outsourced provider and a new HR system, but we would also hope that you are a proactive and solution-orientated individual who likes to roll up your sleeves.
