BMW
UK

Klaus Kibsgaard had been appointed managing
director of BMW UK with effect from March 1 2008. He will succeed
Jim O’Donnell who takes up a new role as president and chief
operating officer of BMW North America.

Kibsgaard has been president of BMW Portugal since 2003 having
joined BMW AG in 2002.

SKODA
UK

Skoda UK has announced the appointment of Robert Hazelwood as
brand director with effect from 1 March 2008. He will join from
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles where he has been brand director for
the past two years. He replaces Chris Craft who was recently
appointed brand director for Volkswagen UK.

Hazelwood has worked in the automotive industry in the UK and
continental Europe for 26 years with experience at Peugeot, Fiat,
Citroen, Nissan and the MG Rover Group. His career also included
seven years at Inchcape plc including managing director of Inchcape
Retail.

CHRYSLER
UK

Simon Elliott, who was managing director of Chrysler UK before
moving on to the top post in the company in China in March 2006,
has been re-appointed to his previous position in the UK. He will
continue to be responsible for China until a re-placement has been
named. Elliott was voted chief executive officer of the year at the
recent China Imported Automobile Top List Awards.

LEXUS
GB

Iain McCall has been appointed national manager, network
development at Lexus GB. He will hold responsibility for network
and franchise representation, business development and the
management and development of franchise and operating
standards.

Latterly McCall was a regional manager with Lexus, having spent
some 12 years with Toyota

plc in various positions including retail and fleet sales,
marketing and sales training.

NISSAN
MOTOR (GB)

Paul Wilcox, currently vice president of marketing for Nissan
Europe has been promoted to managing director Nissan
Motor GB
. He replaces Gary Frigo who will return to Nissan
North America at the end of March 2008.

Wilcox has a history of 17 years with Nissan in a number of
sales and marketing roles at Nissan Motor GB and in continental
Europe. In his last role he was responsible for Nissan’s marketing
and advertising activities in over 30 countries across Europe.

VERTU
MOTORS

Vertu Motors has appointed three new general managers to the
group. David Williams, Gary Marsden and John Watson have been
appointed to Bristol Street Motors Crewe Ford, Bristol Street Motor
Nation, Widnes and Bristol Street Motors Oxford Peugeot
respectively.

Williams joins from Pendragon,
Marsden from Caledonia Group and Watson from Inchcape
where he was head of aftersales at the group’s PAG dealerships.

ROLLS-ROYCE
MOTOR CARS

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed Graham Lenden to the
position of head of marketing. He succeeds Paul Ferraiolo who was
recently appointed president of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North
America.

KIA
MOTORS

Kia Motors Corporation has announced two senior appointments to
its European management team. Paul Willis takes the newly-created
role of chief operating officer while Kwang-Ho Nam joins the
European headquarters as president of Kia Motors Europe.

Previously, Willis was managing director of Volkswagen Group UK
and held several senior positions with the company, including brand
director, since 2000. Nam previously held senior roles in the
Hyundai-Kia

EPYX

Sarah Brading has been appointed to the new role of human
resources manager at epyx. She joins from IT services company OAOT
where she was human resources director for Europe.

CFC
SOLUTIONS

Vivien O’Connor has joined cfc solutions as a business
development executive. She has an extensive background in IT,
having worked most recently for Prestige Technology Solutions, an
IT consultancy.

RAC
WARRANTY
/THE WARRANTY GROUP

The sales division of the RAC’s newly-launched RAC Warranty arm
will be headed up by Ian Cooper, currently sales director for The
Warranty Group, which is the RAC’s partner in its new warranty
venture. Cooper will continue in his role at The Warranty Group
while working to promote sales of RAC Warranty with franchised and
independent dealers. He has worked for The Warranty Group for eight
years after over a decade at the Camden Group.

TOTAL ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Helphire Group’s subsidiary Total Accident Management has
appointed Lena Ashton as strategic account manager for a number of
the fleet repair and claims management company’s customers in the
area of contract hire and leasing.

ACF CAR FINANCE

ACF Car Finance, part of The Funding Corporation, has announced
the promotion of Norman Beaumont to the post of sales and marketing
director. Beaumont has been with the finance house since 1999,
working across various of its divisions including the internal
finance business Cygnet Financial Services, Direct Car Finance and
Approved Car Finance, most recently as operations manager.
