Black Horse, the motor finance arm of Lloyds, has created two new business development roles within its caravan and finance team, a part of its franchise and leisure department.
James Markham and Richard Carmichael, both former account managers from the leisure department, have been appointed to the new roles.

The roles will be to provide support for dealers on issues such as compliance. Markham and Carmichael will also be responsible for the rollout of initiatives including the investment that the business is making to ensure dealers can use the most up-to-date systems and structures for customer transactions.
Nagla Thabet, head of franchise and leisure said Black Horse was committed to expanding the leisure team.
