Czech carmaker Škoda has appointed Autorola to make used cars available in the brand’s dealer network, building on the remarketer’s work with Škoda parent group Volkswagen.

Autorola will also allow Škoda dealers to upload stock into its remarketing platform, with cars available on both the forecourt and on a wholesale basis.

Paul Grimsley, national rental and used vehicle manager at Škoda UK, said the supply of used cars from both fleet and private sources had seen a "significant increase" which necessitated an equal rise in business for the brand’s used car dealerships.

Grimsley said Autorola would aid promotion of Škoda’s stock to franchised dealers and 2,000 registered buyers.
