Octopus Energy’s electric vehicle (EV) charging platform Electroverse has partnered with Visa to launch the new Business Payments Card, aimed at simplifying fleet payments and tracking in the UK.
In a statement, Electroverse said this Visa Fleet 2.0-powered card is available for UK fleets “for the very first time”.

The Business Payments Card serves as both a fleet and spending card, covering expenses such as EV charging, tolls, and meals.
Fleet managers can set spending limits and monitor expenses through a dashboard, ensuring streamlined operations and security.
Electroverse’s latest addition to Octopus Fleet solutions is integrated with Europe’s “largest” EV charging platform, offering access to more than one million chargers globally.
Recent innovations also include Plunge Pricing and Plug & Charge technology.

Last month, Octopus Electric Vehicles, the leasing arm of Octopus Energy, partnered with Mastercard to offer an EV salary sacrifice scheme, providing employees £100 ($135.2) charging credit and affordable leasing options.
