Allianz UK and Samsara have collaborated to broaden the availability of advanced risk management technology for UK commercial fleets.
As part of the agreement, Allianz-insured businesses will be given priority access to Samsara’s dual-facing AI dash cams and its connected operations software.

Motor fleet policy owners with Allianz UK will be eligible for discounted pricing on Samsara’s technology via the referral programme.
The collaboration is intended to enhance the use of operational data to address safety, fleet efficiency and emissions monitoring.
Samsara’s system is already in use by a number of joint clients, including Vp Brandon Hire Station, which reports using the technology to monitor fleet activity and reduce risk.

The solution consolidates operational information and offers AI-driven incident recognition and in-cab alerts to help curb hazardous driving.
Additional functionalities include route optimisation to reduce fuel use, streamlining workflow tools aimed at lowering running costs, along with emissions tracking to support fleets as they shift to electric vehicles (EVs).
To roll out the initiative, both organisations will hold regional briefings across the UK to ensure staff can explain the referral process and the product capabilities.
