Similar to the Best Companies scheme which recently commended First Response Finance and recommended The Funding Corporation as ones to watch, companies submit an application to the process, are surveyed, audited by Grant Thornton, and then certified.

Fleet lessor LeasePlan UK also retained its Investors in People Gold standard, demonstrating staff comprehension of the business and company commitment to diversity and equality.
