The deal will also provide Thurlow Nunn with access to customer service portal Xtime.

Paul Humphreys, managing director of Incadea UK, said: “The system will help dealerships improve their operational efficiency, by controlling resources, prioritising critical work, and optimising service bookings, as well as benefitting from parts ordering, service scheduling and integrated electronic vehicle health check systems.

“We know that on average in the UK dealers use over 11 different systems daily, and they spend around two hours a day using them.  This is precious time that could be used to sell or follow up on leads. The incadea retail operating system drives operational efficiency right across the business allowing dealers to concentrate on customer service.”

Simon Bottomley, group managing director at Thurlow Nunn, added: “The programme will ensure that we have the best processes in place, supported by the right systems and we can be confident of delivering an even better, smoother and seamless experience for Thurlow Nunn customers.
