The motor industry was well represented in the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For List 2015, with MotoNovo and The Car Finance Company both making it into the medium sized company list.

MotoNovo was 14th on the list. The Times noted that its staff were among the happiest when it came to pay and benefits, and that the companies leadership were visible, available.

The Car Finance Company, which recently recruited FLA head Nigel Clibbens, came in at number 74.

Staff said they enjoyed working for the company and go out of their way to help each other.

Aside from finance companies, motor retailers Swanway Group and Citygate Automotive came in at 32 and 57, respectively.
Toyota’s vehicle sales and marketing team came in at 94, and BMW’s retail arm came in at 98.
