Hood was previously strategy director at the dealer group, but spent the previous years as director of sales operations in Ford of Europe. In this time he was responsible for developing dealer network strategies in Europe and developing the retail experience.
In August 2014, the TrustFord identity was rolled out across the entire network of 65 sites in the UK, which were previously operating under a variety of local brand names.
