Close Brothers Motor Finance has appointed Dale Phillips and Stephen Walsh as operations managers at its Leicester and Scotland branches respectively.
Phillips has joined Close following 14 years in the financial services sector. During this period he has worked for companies including Hastings Direct, Alliance, Leicester Aon and most recently Santander.

Walsh joined Close Brothers following 15 years at Lloyds TSB. He will be responsible for the operations team in Scotland, including the manual underwriters and client support staff.
These appointments were announced alongside the recruitment of two new account managers.
Wendy Taylor has joined Close Brothers as an account manager in Scotland, and will be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with dealers in Galloway, the Scottish Borders and Edinburgh.
She has over 10 years’ experience in the industry at Jaguar Land Rover and the David Hayton Group.
