Richardson joined the company in 2006 as an account manager in the Newcastle branch. Prior to his appointment, Neil held the position of York sales manager, where he worked alongside dealers, forging strong relationships and supporting the growth of their businesses.

James Broadhead, chief executive officer of Close Brothers Motor Finance, said: "Since Neil joined the company almost ten years ago, he has played an integral role in growing our business in the north east by helping his sales team get closer to dealers and delivering a bespoke level of service that suits their needs. As a business we are continually reviewing and developing our service offering for motorcycle dealerships and I look forward to seeing how both John and Neil will replicate their combined success in the car and van space with our motorcycle dealers."
