Gofor, the Edinburgh-based provider of fleet management, business contract hire, and salary sacrifice solutions for electric vehicles, has announced the appointment of Patrycja Janisz as its new Head of Finance.

The newly created role is designed to strengthen Gofor’s financial and operational strategy as the company prepares for continued growth in 2025. Managing Director Iain Bennett described the appointment as “a key strategic step” for the business, highlighting Janisz’s “financial acumen, leadership, and experience in supporting growth-stage companies.”

An ACCA Affiliate with extensive experience in financial strategy, reporting, and resource management, Janisz has worked across the technology, data analytics, and crypto asset sectors. She will report directly to Bennett and join Gofor’s senior leadership team.
Commenting on her new role, Janisz said she was impressed by the leadership’s vision for the company and the opportunities within the fleet management sector, which she described as “buoyant.” She added: “I’m looking forward to bringing my experience in fast-paced, growing companies to support our partners, customers, and colleagues as we strengthen our finance function and scale the business.”
Janisz’s appointment follows a year of growth for Gofor, including new client acquisitions and an expanded salary sacrifice offering for electric vehicles.
