According to a company press release, HFE will use Loop’s visit management and action planning tools to bring greater structure to field visits. The visit management tool provides a shared agenda and records discussions, automatically building an audit trail. The action planning tool assigns tasks with owners, deadlines and status updates, giving field teams visibility of progress and overdue actions.

Alex Priest of Honda Finance Europe said the platform “makes it easier to plan consistent visits, guide meaningful conversations and leave dealers with clear actions for which we can monitor progress.” He added that the tools are designed to ensure “key actions and discussions are logged, tracked and visible to relevant stakeholders.”

Simon Porri, chief executive of Loop, noted that manual processes make it difficult to track performance. He said the platform “enables valuable conversations and leaves dealers with a roadmap to improvement,” adding that compliance is a key consideration in automotive finance.

Loop, which was developed for the automotive sector, is currently used by 20 global brands including Volkswagen Group, Honda, Hyundai and Suzuki across 45,000 franchises.
