Average values for used light commercial vehicles (LCVs) in the UK stood at £8,155 ($10,769.4) at British Car Auctions (BCA) in November 2025.
This figure is £155 lower than in October but reflects a 10.7% year-on-year increase, equating to £876.

Throughout 2025 so far, the average used LCV price at BCA increased to £8,062, equating to just below 105% of price guide benchmarks.
The number of unique buyers acquiring vehicles at BCA surpassed 9,000 for the year with one month remaining, exceeding last year’s total.

By GlobalDataSales volumes indicated heightened activity as businesses in the home delivery sector sought additional vehicles ahead of increased seasonal demand leading up to Christmas.
BCA UK COO Stuart Pearson said: “As we approach the end of 2025, we can look back on an LCV market that has made a substantial recovery from the testing conditions that prevailed towards the end of the previous year.
“Demand has at times been frantic, however buyers and sellers have remained largely in tune, even as volumes have risen. BCA has seen records tumble for buyer engagement this year, with our seven-day-a-week online sales programme ensuring buyers have access to stock when at a time that suits their businesses.
“With demand remaining strong into early December, we expect to report on the best year for sold used LCV volumes at BCA by some margin and we already know that we have sold vehicles to more buyers this year than ever previously recorded.”
A previous update from BCA highlighted a drop in UK used car values for October 2025 after a rise in September.
That month, average selling prices were £7,638 ($9,999), which is a decrease of £330 or 4.1% compared to September.
