Independent lender MotoNovo has begun a business-wide recruitment drive to increase its headcount by up to 200 people.
The company is looking to recruit for roles in dealer development, customer care, collections, marketing, and credit analytics as well as department heads and senior leadership positions.

To support the recruitment drive, MotoNovo has launched Motonovocareers.com to house all the key vacancy details and allow users to browse and apply for roles easily through its intelligent application portal.
The company moved into a new 71,500 sq foot office at the end of 2016, in anticipation of increasing its headcount. In the same year it revealed plans to more than double its head count from 2016 levels within five years.
