Chris Pepper has moved from his role as regional sales manager (north) at Lex Autolease to become key accounts director at Close Motor Finance, taking charge of business development, customer account management and operational support for car dealers.Pepper takes the place of Chris Reid, who moves to the new role of manufacturer development director
