The convention, held by the Finance and

Centre in Warwickshire, will also host talks on regulation, market
finance, fleet business, the UK economy, law and trading
standards.
Speakers will include Chris Sutton, managing
director of Black Horse Motor Finance, Paul Harrop, national sales
manager for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Philip Ross from
Honda Finance Europe and Ruth Lea from the Arbuthnot Banking Group.
James Baird of Gateley LLP is set to give an overview of key legal
cases in the motor trade.
Nick Dawes, lead officer for the motor trade,
Trade Standards Institute and Simon Rawle of the Financial
Ombudsmen Service will give the views of public bodies while
director general Stephen Sklaroff will welcome delegates on behalf
of the FLA.
The FLA event has become a key fixture in the
busy Q4 events calendar, with last year’s event seeing the FSA take
a detailed view on GAP sales, and BMW Financial Services’ Christian
Kalinke outlining aspects of the group’s future strategy to
delegates.
