Subprime hire purchase provider Advantage Finance has asked branding firm PH Media Group to create a series of audio advertisements which will be played to on-hold telephone customers.

The messages will be played when customers are put on hold, transferred or when they call outside of normal business hours and will inform them of products, offers or direct them to Advance Finance’s website.

Keith Charlton, compliance director of Advantage Finance, said: "the main driver behind the employment of the on-hold marketing system was a need to increase product awareness and enlighten customers about new promotions.
