Half of automobile sector employees have suffered stress at home and work in the last year, according to a survey by UK motor charity BEN.

Half of those surveyed had money concerns last year and, after stress and changes to pay, the third largest work concern was lack of training and development support, reported by 22% of respondents.
Some 64% linked personal issues to reduced performance at work and just over a third said they did not have support for their personal or professional problems.
Nigel Rothband, Chief Operating Officer for BEN, said: "Many people are struggling at home and in the workplace and either don’t know or aren’t comfortable with asking for help."
