Vehicle remarketing firm CD Auction has released a new logistics service for dealers, in partnership with Reemaq.

The service will enable users to manage all end-to-end transport moves and administration on one centralised digital platform.

Through an audited network of plated drivers, transporters and inspect and collect services, users can access a national network supplier who bid for each move on a time and cost basis.

Covering all types of vehicle movement, the service provides transparency of all moves in real-time alongside an explicit breakdown of costs.

CD Auction is growing its range of digital channels, providing customers with the ability to buy with one click using a desktop or mobile devices.

Pearce concluded: “Our new logistics service has the power to reduce costs significantly. Modelling suggests some customers will save hundreds of pounds for load movements and benefit from reduced administration thanks to automated and integrated systems combined with one point of contact.”

The auction group also recently released a regular EV sale, commencing on 9 March 2021. Responding to an increase in EV volumes across the last year, the sale will feature stock from Tesla and a several fleet vendors.
