Legal firms Ford & Warren and Weightmans have merged following an agreement between the companies.
The combined firms will operate under the Weightmans name, with a headcount of over 1400 people and a combined fee income in excess of £100m.

Peter McWilliams, previously Ford & Warren managing partner, said: "The two firms share a common ethos, with similar cultures and strategies.
