Two UK automotive retail brands, HiQ Tyres & Autocare and Carsa, have announced a new strategic partnership, combining their vehicle maintenance and sales strengths. The collaboration combines HiQ’s national auto care expertise with Carsa’s dealership model.

The first two joint centres have already opened in Halesowen and Cannock, West Midlands, offering a comprehensive range of services, including car sales, vehicle maintenance, tyre-fitting, and MOT testing. This venture is part of a broader plan for a national rollout in the coming years.

In a statement, the businesses said HiQ benefits from expanding its footprint in vehicle servicing and accessing prime retail locations. For Carsa, the partnership enhances its service offering by incorporating a nationally recognised brand in auto care, further strengthening its customer proposition.

HiQ operates more than 160 autocare centres across the UK and is backed by Goodyear. Since its establishment in 2020, Carsa has expanded to eight sites. The collaboration with HiQ allows Carsa to add MOT and vehicle servicing to its portfolio.

Visham Joshi, Head of Service at Carsa, said: “HiQ’s branding and marketing make it the ideal partner for us. We’re excited about expanding further with HiQ, with plans to open more sites across the UK. As we grow, attracting new customers is key, and HiQ’s booking system and service will help increase our customer touchpoints.”

Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear Retail Director UK & Ireland, added: “We’re thrilled to see the first two sites in Cannock and Halesowen operating. This partnership offers both brands a great opportunity to reach a wider audience and strengthen their presence in the local community. Carsa’s premium retail model aligns perfectly with HiQ’s commitment to quality service, and we are proud to be part of this growth.”
