Nick Tunnell has taken up the position of
aftersales director at Hyundai in the UK, replacing Graham
Lightfoot who is moving to Porsche Cars GB.
Tunnell has moved from his role as aftersales
commercial manager for Hyundai Motor UK, the British operation of
South Korean manufacturer Hyundai Motor Group, at a time when the
marque is
hoping to raise its finance penetration to 50% and running a
flagship finance offer under a joint venture with Santander
Consumer Finance.

Tunnell will be responsible for aftersales,
commercial, technical, customer services, warranty and the
aftersales field team at the brand.
The role is based at the head offices of
Hyundai Motor UK in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Tunnell will
report directly to president and chief executive Tony
Whitehorn.
