Marshall Motor Holdings has announced the appointment of Nicky Dulieu as non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee.

Dulieu will take up this role on January 1, 2020 and joins with a wealth of retail industry experience.

She trained as an accountant with Marks and Spencer and undertook a number of strategic and financial roles in the company over a 23 year period, including finance director of the food division.

Dulieu joined Hobbs Limited as finance director in 2006 before becoming chief operating officer and then chief executive between 2008 and 2014.

She is currently a non-executive director at Hunstworth and Adnams chairing the remuneration committee at both companies.

She brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the retail industry and strong non-executive experience, including the chairing of remuneration committees.
