“We are very pleased to be recognised as Alphera’s Dealer
Partner of the year,” said Mark Sanders, company director of
Richard Sanders. “A close working relationship over the past five
years with high levels of service and trust on both sides has
developed into a mutually beneficial partnership.
“Ultimately this enables us to be proactive and forward thinking
in an ever-changing market.”
Managing director, Max Dyer, was delighted with the recognition:
“The award acknowledges the extra work we have put in over the last
few years to expand the business out of these poor economic
times.”
“We are committed to developing our partner relationships,
ensuring we understand their needs and that of their customers,”
said Kirk Franks, sales manager at Alphera. “In both sessions there
were open and proactive conversations between our Partners and
Alphera, to ensure we are working together.”
“The afternoon sessions were a great opportunity to learn about
new products on offer and in development with Alphera, and discuss
what support we as dealers need from our financial partners,”
agreed Sanders.
“We particularly value the annual Alphera Forum, which gets
together the leading introducers across the country,” said
Dyer. “The break out forums give us all a great opportunity
to air our views and learn more about Alphera’s future plans.”
The Forum also included a presentation from the FLA and an
update on trends in used car pricing from CAP.
