Targa Telematics, a global provider of IoT and digital solutions for connected mobility, has announced the consolidation and rebranding of its British subsidiaries under the new name Targa Viasat UK.

This move follows Targa Telematics’ acquisition of Viasat Connect Ltd in 2023. Viasat Connect, originally Enigma Vehicle Systems, has over 30 years of experience in stolen vehicle recovery and the construction sector.

The rebranded entity, Targa Viasat UK, merges Targa Telematics UK and Viasat Connect Ltd, focusing primarily on the UK market. Simon Keam-George will serve as Country Manager.

Customers of Targa Viasat UK will benefit from a broad range of innovative solutions, developed under Targa Telematics’ R&D strategy. Additionally, the company’s global network will support customers in expanding their businesses into major European and global markets.
