The online dealer vehicle sourcing platform has appointed Amy Buckley as head of product and partnerships.

Gordon Tulloch, who became chief executive officer of tootle in July this year, appointed Buckley with a brief to assist its growth in the c2b and b2b car selling marketplace.

Buckley has previously worked as product manager at AutoTrader and senior market product manager at Haymarket’s automotive titles including WhatCar? and PistonHeads.

She said: “I am really excited to be joining the tootle team. I think this is a great opportunity to change the way the market sells cars, benefitting both consumers and dealers.”

In this role, Buckley will report to Mike Bishop, chief operating officer at tootle.

Bishop said: “We are delighted Amy is joining tootle’s growing team. She will bring senior level expertise of the local digital auto industry…I look forward to working closely with her.”

Buckley’s appointment will be effective January 2017.
