TraXall International announced today the acquisition of Fleet Logistics Group from its shareholders Volkswagen Financial Services and TÜV SÜD for an undisclosed sum.
According to a statement by the company, the combination of the two groups will create Europe’s largest independent mobility & fleet management provider with around 400,000 contracts under management. Its client portfolio includes many of the most prestigious fleets in the industry, in both local and global markets. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities.
