Association of Car Fleet Operators (ACFO) for another year. Jenner,
a key solutions manager at GE Capital Solutions, has served as ACFO
chairman since 2006. Her main objective will be “to establish a
constructive dialogue with the coalition government on
fleet-related matters”.

European fleet management specialist Fleet Logistics has
appointed Louise L’Estrange as UK strategic account manager.
L’Estrange will provide account management and customer service
expertise to UK fleet customers and suppliers. Her previous
experience in the motor finance industry includes roles at
Masterlease in the UK and Australia.
Simon Spremberg joins Fleet Logistics
as supply chain manager, with responsibility for all supplier
activities including helping to compile and analyse tenders.
Spremberg previously worked in international sales for ASL
Auto-Service-Leasing GmbH, and as regional sales manager at
Hannover Leasing Automotive GmbH.

Leeds-based debt purchasing company Lowell Group has
strengthened its senior management team by hiring Phil Hickson as
group sales manager and Robert Taylor as collections manager.
Hickson was previously a senior business development manager at GE
Money, and Taylor’s background is consumer finance.

Vehicle auctioneer Manheim Remarketing has appointed George
Grant as operations director. Grant has more than 30 years’
experience within the automotive industry and was previously head
of dealer finance at Bank of Scotland.
Ford Motor
Company
John Fleming, executive vice president of Ford Motor Company, is
to manage global manufacturing and labour affairs. Stephen Odell,
has joined FMC as group vice president, moving from his position as
CEO of Volvo Cars. Odell succeeds Fleming as chairman and CEO of
Ford of Europe. Stuart Rowley, chief financial officer of Volvo,
becomes chief financial officer for Ford of Europe.
Citroën UK
Citroën UK has promoted Charles Peugeot to sales director, from
UK head of commercial vehicles and business sector.
Renault UK
Ian Plummer has been appointed as commercial operations director
with responsibility for the UK sales network and franchising
operations.
CAP
CAP, the UK provider of residual values data, has appointed
Chris Crow as chief editor. Crow has 16 years of experience in
leasing and contract hire, including roles at Lex Vehicle Leasing,
First National (later Lloyds TSB Autolease) and Hitachi
Capital.
