The customer review section of ACF Car Finance’s website has received its one thousandth post this month, just over a year since it opened the facility to the public.
The website, which only accepts comments from verified customers, allows car buyers to post a review of the service they received or the vehicle they bought from a specific showroom. ACF also says it never censors feedback except for issues undergoing resolution or for data protection purposes.

Norman Beaumont, sales and marketing director for ACF, said: "In contrast to some consumer review websites, such as those in the hotel industry, we can provide an absolute assurance about the provenance of the comments that are published.
"They are exclusively from people who have been through the entire buying process, and who are now driving around in the cars which we supplied.
"In other words, these reviews are not skewed by praise or criticism from people with other agendas, but are simply what genuine customers feel about the company".
