Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has celebrated the two-year anniversary of its Excellent Service programme, claiming the majority of its dealerships have been rated highly by customers.
As part of the programme, Mitsubishi collates feedback from customers on its dealerships, which is then published in a star rating system on its national consumer-facing website.

The UK arm of the Japanese manufacturer has reported 85% of its 115 franchised retailers have scored at least four stars (out of five), with more than 25% scoring five stars.
At the same time, 90% of a thousand customers surveyed by the brand would recommend their dealer to a friend.
The worth of transparent consumer reviews has been demonstrated by finance companies and other manufacturers of late such as Kia, which has hosted thousands of unedited customer reviews online, as has ACF Car Finance, the retail arm of subprime lender The Funding Corporation.
