The aim will be to train dealers and brokers
in applying retention skills to phone conversations with
customers.

Alphera director Spencer Halil said: “It’s
important to be able to maximise all opportunities with existing
customers through effective contact over the phone, resulting in
the customer making a visit in person.”

Begin in early April and running through to
mid-May, the training will focus on establishing customers’ current
and future buying intentions.

Halil said: “This year, it’s going to be tough
to find new customers, so we want to find ways to help our partners
develop their customer relationship management, making sure they
keep customers coming back. We will continue to strive to offer a
consultative service that goes beyond our finance products.”
