Vehicle leasing company Alphabet has appointed Miles Tetlow as head of contract management and Hannah Broad as head of collections.

Tetlow, who has worked for Alphabet since 2012, moves from his previous role as head of collections to take up his new role. In his new position, Tetlow will oversee the company’s contract servicing operations and ‘in life’ customer care.

Broad has been promoted from her previous role as collections manager, which she has held since 2016. Working as head of collections, Broad will work with Alphabet’s collection systems and tools, while managing the company’s receivables function.

Stefan Oswald, chief financial officer at Alphabet, said: “We’re pleased to make these appointments as they reflect one of our four strategic pillars, that ‘Our People Make the Difference’.

“During their time with Alphabet, both Miles and Hannah have demonstrated the leadership qualities we look for, leading from the front with passion and vision, as well as embodying our organisational values on a daily basis. They now have an exciting opportunity to lead their teams working in our fast-developing ‘mobility’ space and help shape Alphabet’s customer approach in the digital age.”

Last month, Alphabet named Craig Grant as head of mobility services with a focus on delivering ‘seamless mobility’.

Grant joined Alphabet in 2016 when he joined as head of account management. Prior to that, Grant worked at RAC for nine years, most recently as business development officer responsible for new business acquisition.

Grant said: “Over the past three years I’ve worked closely with Alphabet’s diverse customer base, which has given me a unique and invaluable insight into their mobility requirements right now and the challenges anticipated over the next five or ten years.
