
BMW’s independent arm Alphera Financial Services has reorganised its bespoke premium captive team to increase the number of dedicated personnel working in it, following 30% year-on-year growth in the sector.
The team now comprises of five dedicated employees supporting Rolls Royce Motor Car Financial Services and Aston Martin Financial Services.
Lisa Appleton will be looking after the north of England for the premium captive brands, while Tony Roff will take charge of the southern division.
Carla Pon has become concierge manager, following eight years at BMW’s Park Lane site working in VIP sales. She will support the Rolls Royce retailer network and will work with clients on a one-on-one basis. She will be supported by David McGuiness, who has taken on the internship role of concierge support assistant.
