UK debt collection and enforcement agency Burlington Group is the first multi-disciplinary agency to become fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and the Ministry of Justice.
In a statement, the firm said the multi-authorisation would allow it to carry out pre and post debt collection and administration duties, meaning a faster, cheaper and fully compliant service for clients and creditors.
