Mobile fuelling platform CarPay-Diem joined forces with software-defined vehicle (SDV) solution provider Cubic³ to launch FleetWallet³, an AI-enabled in-vehicle payments platform for fleets.
The deployment of this AI in-vehicle payments solution will span CarPay-Diem’s network of more than 5,300 fuel retailers across 12 European countries.

FleetWallet³ is compatible with existing fuel cards and telematics systems and integrates into current fleet processes without requiring additional hardware.
It uses data analysis and secure digital transactions to identify irregularities, reduce unauthorised fuel purchases, and automate expense reconciliation.
CarPay-Diem provides a digital platform supporting mobile fuelling and pay-at-pump services via integration with connected vehicles and third-party applications.
Through this partnership with Cubic³, FleetWallet³ availability will cover various countries such as Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Spain.

By GlobalDataThe network supports different segments including haulage vehicles, car-sharing operations, delivery services, company cars and emergency fleets.
CarPay-Diem works alongside established fuel brands such as Esso and Certas to expand service coverage for heavy goods vehicle refuelling.
The company plans to extend access to the UK and Ireland in the coming year.

FleetWallet³ system delivers immediate reporting on fleet activity and fuel usage by consolidating data from multiple sources for a centralised overview.
It operates on a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)-compliant platform to help ensure secure handling of mobility services across borders.
Cubic³ plans further technical developments for FleetWallet³ by 2026 to include AI-based detection of fraudulent behaviour, predictive analytics and Smart Transaction Intelligence.
