Arctos Holdings, owners of fleet management companies SMH and Hudson Kapel, have acquired car remarketer CD Auctions.
“Extended services” will now be available through the two Arctos companies as well as CD Auctions.

CD Auctions was founded in 1989, and operates remarketing and managing services for used vehicles.
SMH Fleet Solutions provides fleet management, inspections, refurbishment and marketing services.
Hudson Kapel assists companies with license checks, inspections and remarketing for their fleets. It was founded in 1993 and recently merged with SMH.
