DMN Group, a UK-based vehicle inspection and assessment company, has announced the appointment of Dave Philips as its new head of business change.
In his role, Philips will drive strategic change within the company, leveraging data and insights to ensure effective and consistent change across various business processes, technologies, organisational structures, job roles, and systems. He will lead and coach teams to deliver high-quality changes efficiently and will collaborate with relevant departments to deliver sustainable solutions. Philips will also ensure a consistent approach to account management and new customer onboarding.
Philips joins DMN after a 20-year tenure at Rivus, where he acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the fleet and garage management sector. At Rivus, he was part of the team that supported the sale of BT Fleet from BT Group following its acquisition by Aurelius.
With over 35 years of experience in business change, IT and platform management, programme and project management, product management, and IT strategy, Philips brings a high level of expertise to his new role. His experience includes building and managing teams to support and develop fleet management and garage platforms, and he played a key role in the bid, service design, and implementation for the Met Police’s integration into Rivus.
