Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance and online retailer eCars247 have partnered for an end-to-end e-commerce venture targeting used car buyers in the UK.

Customers on the site can apply for finance offers of up to five years from Hitachi Capital. This will be on a personal loan basis, and is advertised as the first offered in the UK that can be completed online in a single process.

eCars247 claims to be the UK’s first online-only used car retailer to offer finance services. Its panel of funders also includes Blue Motor Finance, Alphera, GMAC, MotoNovo, Moneyway and Moneybarn. These offer PCP and HP deals, but cannot yet be completed entirely online.

Finance offers provided through the site range from £160 to £320 per month, with cars delivered to the address of choice.
