Nick Holmes has been promoted to Honda UK’s head of customer and aftersales.

Holmes first joined Honda’s Aftersales department 18 years ago and was promoted to regional operations manager for the Southern Region in 2008 before rejoining Honda’s aftersales team as a manager in April 2012.

His promotion comes alongside that of Leon Brannan, formerly head of aftersales, who has moved to head of car, a role that was vacated when former head of car Phil Crossman became managing director in April.

Olivia Dunn has been promoted to head of marketing, following the success of "Honda Hands," while Ian Austerberry and Steve Fielden have been made managers in Honda’s Northern and Southern Region Operations respectively.

Finally Rosemarie Oliver has become manager of corporate and business planning.
