Vehicle information provider HPI has partnered with vehicle appraiser AUTOi to create a digital vehicle appraisal system.
AUTOi is powered by HPI, and allows dealerships to store, provenance check, value and send vehicle appraisals via smart devices and PCs.

Dealers add information that could affect value, such as service history and MOT expiry, as well as up to nine photos and two videos to get an appraisal, which AUOTi say will take less than 60 seconds in most cases, depending on internet speeds.
Commenting on a recent survey by AUTOi, Sebastian Duval, managing director, said: "80% said they use a smartphone or tablet daily, and 90% believed a paperless appraisal system would benefit their business.
"Furthermore, 95% believed that digital storage of appraisals would be better than paper storage, and 85% believed that watching a video presentation of a part exchange vehicle would be easier to value than looking at a paper description."
