Automotive technology provider Mad Devs has partnered with systems specialist Magna Systems to accelerate the digital transformation of motor dealers in the UK and the UAE.

This collaboration is set to enhance the adoption of digital systems, moving away from traditional paper-based methods.

The partnership centres on the integration of Mad Devs’ iStoreDOCS platform, which facilitates digital document flow, bolsters compliance, and provides effective customer retention tools.

With iStoreDOCS, more than 80% of customers are estimated to complete documents remotely.

Earlier this month, Mad Devs introduced updates to its iStoreDOCS platform following a Court of Appeal decision that affects how finance commissions are disclosed in dealer transactions.

Issued on 25 October 2024, the ruling clarified the need for stricter compliance in the disclosure of finance commission details, leading automotive dealers and finance providers to re-evaluate their procedures.
