McLoughlin is stepping down after 32 years of service, having started his career at the company’s Bawtry site. Osbourne is also retiring after a 12-year tenure behind the rostrum.
The business also announced the joining of two new auctioneers, namely Spencer Maudsley and Chris Lane. Both have joined from Aston Barclay and bring with them over 20 years of combined experience in the field.
Tomlinson said: “After the length of service and commitment shown to the business by Mike and Nigel, it was important we didn’t let them go without showing our huge appreciation for everything they have done for us over the years. I wish them both the very best for the future and an enjoyable retirement.
“It has been great to welcome Chris and Spencer to the MAG team and for them to hit the ground running, and I am looking forward to working with them. They join MAG at a very exciting time.”
