Mercedes-Benz has introduced a new iPad app
to demonstrate its B-class model and to be used in UK
dealerships.
The app is an addition to the existing
C-Class Coupe and B-Class Brochure apps. Mercedes-Benz dealers
received new iPads on Tuesday with the pre-installed software.

The marque claims it will be an
“opportunity to show the customer key features of the car that
would otherwise be impossible to demonstrate in the showroom.”
Although industry players have often spoken
of the need to
join up finance provision with other
online services and
showroom technology, the app does not include a facility for
finance options for the customer.
Rather, the app will be a demonstration
tool to showcase the new B-Class car and the brand is expecting a
positive reaction to its ‘3D experience’, a spokesperson for
Mercedes-Benz confirmed.
